No two situations are the same. With this in mind, our highly experienced staff starts by creating a customized care plan for your loved one. We believe that each senior we serve deserves individualized and specialized care.

From start to finish, we keep each senior’s best interest in mind. First, we create a comprehensive care plan after gathering important information about a person’s abilities, interests, desires, and more. Using this insight, we work closely with families to create a plan everyone agrees on. After all, you know your loved one best! Getting Started with Home Care

Not sure how to get started? We’re here to help! Simply Compassion makes getting started with senior care services simple. To begin with, we’ll start by setting up a free consultation. During this consultation, we’ll explore your loved one’s abilities, living conditions, preferences, and goals. With this information in mind, we’ll work to create an initial care plan. Creating a care plan may include several components. For example, it may include creating a personal routine or daily schedule for your loved one.

Do Caregivers Assist With Medical Issues? Can They Help Around The House?

We do not provide medical services. However, we are qualified and experienced in caring for patients with medical conditions. We can assist with exercises, remind clients to take medication, and other health-related tasks. We can connect you with caregivers specially trained in helping patients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, hip replacements, and other specific conditions. We also have experience with hospice care and patients who have suffered a stroke. Housework is included in our service. For more examples of what we do, please refer to our Services page.

Are Caregivers Vetted Before Coming To My Home?

All of our caregivers are carefully selected and undergo a thorough background check. In addition, we perform random drug tests on all caregivers to ensure they are not using illicit substances. We pay for liability insurance and workers compensation for all of our caregivers.

Can Caregivers Assist With Medical Appointments And Running Errands?

Yes. The caregivers are required to have a clean driving record and a reliable form of transportation so that they can bring you to and from engagements and help you run errands.

What If I Need Assistance After Normal Business Hours?

We are available on nights, weekends, and holidays, 24/7/365. Our rates are the same no matter when you use our services.

Is There A Minimum Or Maximum Number Of Hours I Need To Book?

There may be a minimum depending on your area. Please call for more information.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may pause or cancel services at any time. Please give 24 hours of notice if you want to cancel a visit to avoid being billed for services.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and ACH.

Do You Accept Insurance Plans Or Medicare?

We accept many long-term care insurance policies. Please call us to make sure our services are covered under your plan.
