Our Caregivers

During the hiring process, we look for motivated and compassionate caregivers who seek to make a difference in the lives of seniors. We look for caregivers with warm and kind personalities, and who are full of compassion. The role of a caregiver involves great listening skills, a willingness to help, and lots of patience. We look for caregivers who are committed to helping individuals and who are competent in the care they provide. While we value your professional qualifications, we put a greater value on who you are as a person, the values you uphold, and the compassion you are willing to give to our clients.

Caregiver Roles

We offer Full-time and Part-time shifts with flexible hours. Our care ranges from sittership/companion roles to individuals who need full transfer assistance. We value flexibility and willingness to accomodate the clients schedule. We offer generous compensation and a possible sign on bonus depending on experience.
